1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SolarDirectory.eu (“the Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Data Source Disclosure.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Description of the Platform

SolarDirectory.eu is a European B2B directory, verification system, and opportunity marketplace focused on the solar energy industry.

The Platform enables:

Viewing company listings
Claiming and verifying company profiles
Posting marketplace opportunities (Pro/Premium)
Messaging and lead interactions (paid plans)
Accessing analytics and visibility tools (paid plans)

Company profiles on the Platform fall into two categories:

Unverified Companies

Automatically added from publicly available commercial sources.
Contact information concealed until verification.

Verified Companies

Claimed, document-verified, and managed by an authorized company representative.
Verified badge is granted only to paid subscribers (Starter, Pro, Premium).
Verified companies have full contact visibility and high ranking.

3. Account Registration

To access advanced features, you must create an account using:

A valid email address
A secure password
Billing information (for paid plans)

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to represent a business entity.

4. Company Claim & Verification Process

Claim and verification occur entirely inside the user dashboard.

To verify a company profile, you must:

Register an account
Open the Claim Company section
Upload required corporate documents (e.g., registry extract, authorization)
Verify both authorized person email and company email
Activate a paid subscription plan to unlock Verified status

Verification via external email is not accepted; only dashboard verification is valid.

4.1. Verification Review

Wizutech OÜ may:

Approve or reject verification requests
Request additional documentation
Remove fraudulent claims
Revoke Verified status if misuse is detected

Verification is a paid feature and requires an active subscription.

5. Public Business Data

The Platform publishes business information obtained from:

Public registries
Company websites
Public LinkedIn company pages
Trade directories and sector reports
User-submitted data (verified companies)

Public business data is considered non-personal commercial information and does not require consent for publication.

Users may request corrections, but removal of public business listings is not guaranteed unless data is inaccurate or unlawful.

6. Subscription Plans & Payments

Paid plans include Starter, Pro, and Premium.

6.1. Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Fees are charged monthly or annually.
Prices may be updated with reasonable notice.

6.2. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Downgrading takes effect on the next billing period.

6.3. Payment Processor

Payments are handled by Stripe or other third-party processors.

By subscribing, you agree to allow these processors to store and process billing data securely.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Upload false or misleading company information
Impersonate a company or representative
Misuse verification documents
Scrape, copy, or redistribute database content
Circumvent platform restrictions
Engage in spam, fraud, or abusive behavior

Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on the Platform, including:

Database structure
Design
Software code
Platform features
Analytics tools

is owned by Wizutech OÜ.

You may not:

Copy, scrape, or export listings
Reproduce content without permission
Reverse-engineer the platform

Company logos and trademarks remain the property of their lawful owners.

9. Messaging & Marketplace

Paid subscribers may access messaging and marketplace features.

Rules:

Messages must be business-related
Spam, unsolicited mass outreach, or abuse is prohibited
Marketplace listings must be accurate and lawful
Wizutech OÜ may remove any listing that violates policies

10. Availability & Service Level

SolarDirectory.eu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted uptime
Complete accuracy of data
Continuous feature availability

Maintenance or outages may occur.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Wizutech OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
We are not responsible for business decisions made based on Platform data.

12. Termination

Wizutech OÜ may suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Provide fraudulent documentation
Abuse verification or messaging features

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Estonian law.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless EU regulations require otherwise.
